A.I. guitar PEDAL MAKER
BETA VST3/AU. Win and Mac.rePEDAL is an experimental machine learning project from Sampleson, currently in beta. It generates a new random overdrive pedal every time you click the REMAKE icon.
It works by randomizing the structure of the neural network, creating a new model with each iteration.
This project explores the creative potential of neural networks in sound design, moving beyond replication of hardware.

HOW TO USE IT
rePEDAL is available in VST3 and Audio Unit plugin formats, compatible with any DAW that supports these standards (e.g., Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.)
To get started, simply load rePEDAL as an effect on an audio track in your DAW. Then, press the REMAKE button to explore randomly generated pedal models.
👉 Set your DAW in 48 Khz for a more accurated model generation.

Demos were recorded without any processing other than rePEDAL in the signal chain. (We recommend setting the DAW to 48kHz for more accurate sound generation.)

As demonstrated, the resulting waveforms vary significantly with each model - and can sometimes take on rather unusual shapes. 😲
